Order Returns

No returns are accepted. Exchanges are allowed within 7 days only if the product is unused and the packaging is unopened. Refunds are provided as store credit only and cash refunds are not available.

For exchanges only, please follow the instructions provided in your order confirmation email. Returns are not accepted. You must include a copy of the order invoice and ensure the item is returned in its original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

If you receive a defective item or the wrong product due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. For all other exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
