We do not accept returns on any purchased items. Please double-check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Exchanges
You can request an exchange within 7 days from the date your product is dispatched or the order is completed, whichever comes first.
To qualify for an exchange:
The item must be in its original condition with sealed packaging intact
The original invoice must be provided
Exchanges cannot be made for products purchased during sale periods
Exchanges are allowed only for items of equal or higher value (no exchanges for lower-value items)
3. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted under certain conditions
Refunds for cancelled orders are issued as store credits equal to the value of the cancelled item(s)
Refunds are applicable only for paid orders made through TutuMobiles.lk
Order cancellations are not allowed during sale periods
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue.

6. Exchange Procedure
To exchange an item quickly:
Return the original item according to the policy above
Once the return is approved, place a new order for the item you want using the store credit from your exchange
7. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved
Approved refunds are issued as store credits within 7 business days
Refunds cover the item value only and do not include shipping charges
